About Us
St. Patrick's Choral Ensemble
The Basilica's primary choir. They sing at the 12:15pm Sunday
Mass during most of the year, and do most of our music in 4-part SATB arrangements.
They have, with varying degrees of formality, participated in a variety of events, ranging
from funerals and weddings to the annual Prayer Breakfast on Parliament Hill in 2006.
We are accepting anyone who is up to singing in parts and attending rehearsal on a
regular basis.
Youth Choir
The Youth Choir is open to anyone under the age of (16??).
They sing for the 9:30am Sunday Mass in unison.
11:00am Sunday Choir
The 11:00 choir sports a more relaxed atmosphere and is ideal for
anyone who just plain wants to sing but is not interested in the more advanced material
and busy schedule of the Ensemble.
Seasonal Singers
St. Pat's maintains a roster of people who wish to sing with the
choirs on special occasions such as Christmas. Contact Peter for more info.
